JJ Burke Car Sales is a family owned dealership specialising in exceptional cars and service since 1974. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator to join our team in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, main Peugeot, Renault & Dacia dealer. This is a fast paced and busy role where you’ll take responsibility for your customers, acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever they visit us to get their car serviced, or when they need help or advice with the upkeep of their vehicle.
Our customer service team really are at the heart of ensuring our world class service is delivered so it is crucial we acknowledge our customers, respond quickly and aim to get the service right first time and every time. This is a fantastic opportunity to train as a Service Advisor and gain a minimum of sic months structured and comprehensive training.

Impeccable appearance and well presented to work in a corporate environment.

∙ The candidate must have excellent customer service and be professional.
∙ Must be motivated and driven to perform to the best of their ability.
∙ Must be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
∙ Must have excellent attention to detail.
∙ Excellent computer skills are required.
A full, clean driving license is an essential requirement for this role.
