Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor at JJ Burke Car Sales:

The job requirements:
▪️ Handling and accurate scheduling of appointments according to customers’ needs.
▪️ Liaising with customers and agreeing costs.
▪️ Finalising and explaining of invoices to customers.
▪️ Effective loading of the workshop to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
▪️ Ability to promote our service range & promotions.
▪️ Understanding and implementation of manufacturer’s warranty policies, procedures & administration of warranty claims.
▪️ Quality control of vehicles prior to delivery to customer.
▪️ Control and implementation of necessary manufacturer’s standards and procedures.
▪️ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
▪️ Liaising with in-house body shop.
▪️ Review claims for parts and equipment and determines which ones are covered by warranties.
▪️ Fulfilment and maintain databases of all customers and the warranty parts needed.
▪️ Maintaining fluctuating workloads.

Candidate Requirements:
▪️ Have excellent communication skills and be organised at all times.
▪️ The candidate must have excellent customer service and be professional.
▪️ Must be motivated and driven to perform to the best of their ability
▪️ Must be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
▪️ Must have excellent attention to detail
▪️ Excellent computer skills are required.
▪️ Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage.
